HOUSING NOTICE

END OF RAINY SEASON - UPKEEP OF GARDENS

1. In line with the ‘Licence to Occupy’ you are reminded that it is an occupant’s responsibility to keep their gardens clean, tidy and free from weeds.

2. The start of the dry season has all but ended the growth of grass, weeds and bushes. During the dry season/summer months this will attract pests such as snakes, rats, mice, mosquitoes and scorpions. It also poses a considerable fire risk and also makes the estates look shabby. As a bare minimum, gardens should be; strimmed, trimmed, raked and weeded. Paths and patios should be weeded and swept. Storm drains should be cleared of debris.
