Happy Valley Hash House Harriers

They are an informal group of friends who meet every Thursday afternoon for a little exercise and socialising afterwards.  They run, jog or walk in the beautiful Cyprus countryside for around 5 km following a pre-laid route, known as a trail, and this is designed for most levels of fitness – shortcutting is allowed!

The results, which are based on a ‘Value Added’ score called Progress 8, measure the achievements of students between the ages of 11 to 16 and are then compiled into a league table for education officials and parents to see.
